Rage Mode is an unlock-able move for certain stands at the cost of 1 skill point that will boost their abilities in game. This includes: Star Platinum, The World, The World (Alternate Universe), Crazy Diamond and Purple Haze. There will be a red aura around the stand when it is in rage to signify that Rage Mode has initiated. The boost for damage is about 20% - 25%, and you additionally take about 20% less damage. Depending on which stand you're using, there will be another perk to using Rage which are listed here:
- The World, Star Platinum and The World (Alternate Universe) will be able to stop time by using their Time Skip move if unlocked in the skill tree, this move can be unlocked to stop time for longer so you can rack up more damage.
- Crazy Diamond has no new moves or abilities if rage is activated. However, it is activated through a counter so it will stun the opponent right after you get your rage. If the counter is not activated you will not get rage
- Purple Haze will no longer take damage from its deadly virus when in rage, this has no upgrades because it is automatic when you unlock rage itself.

- Your stand must have it's Rage Meter at 100% to use Rage Mode, other than Crazy Diamond.
- The Rage Duration can be Upgraded with 'Constant Rage'
- The Amount of Rage you gain per attack can be Upgraded with 'Anger Issues'
- Rage Mode buffs both Stand Moves and Spec Moves, and the damage boost to specs stacks with using Vampire as a Sub-Spec.
- Rage Mode is usually activated by the "H" key as seen in most skill trees.
- Once you die, your rage will reset to zero.
- There is a Bug that resets your Rage to Zero randomly. The Cause is unknown.
- After being stand-crashed by a stand or move and when you resummon your stand, the red aura will go away. This doesn't mean your Rage is gone, but only the aura, and all other effects will still be active until the Rage bar reaches zero.
