Guido Mista is a Storyline NPC you will meet after being sent by Giorno. He is located In Eli's Pizzeria. After you chat with him he will tell you to meet Narancia Ghirga to continue the Story.

Player:
- I'm the new recruit, and you are? (continue)

Mista: Name's Guido Mista, but you can call me Mista.
Player:
- Nice to meet you! (continue)

Mista: Before we continue, I have to ask you a question. What is two plus two?
Player:
- It's four. (If selected, he will shoot you, instantly killing you. This cannot be redirected.)
- I actually don't know... (continue)
Mista: I guess we're both idiots. Anyways, If you were to have chosen 4 then I would've killed you because that's my unlucky number, and I don't let risks run wild.
Player:
- That's weird. (continue)
- Bye. (deny)
Mista: Anyways, go meet Narancia. And don't get it mixed up, he's a guy.
Player:
- Got it. (continue)

Trivia[]
- Mista's unlucky number is 4.
- Mista's Revolver seems to be a beta design, as it looks different from the current model in game.
- Mista owns Six Pistols.
- His name has been changed to "Guider Mister" due to copyright. (this has now been reverted back to his original name)
- Mista also has his own Voiceline with the Voice Lines (Gamepass), which is a gamepass. It makes the player say "Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!".
