This page was created intending to guide early players on how to defeat Ghiacco. There are many basic things you may need to know about this boss before continuing.

Overview[]

Ghiacco is a dangerous boss, wielding a terrible stand White Album. Though it is a terrible stand, this boss uses the stand like it is a mod spec. It has access to the deadly 31 damage move Flash Freeze, and the cooldown for it is rather short for this boss. It also uses Gently Weeps occasionally before opening an m1 combo. This boss is also considered more of the aggressive ones like Fugo, as it barrages often.

How This Boss Works[]

  • Every few m1s, he will release a flash freeze. Because of the startup, remember to dash. Dash ANYWHERE, except for back.
  • After a barrage, Ghiacco will either finisher, or Flash Freeze.
  • If you are running and Ghiacco gets to you at a certain range, he will activate Gently Weeps, and perform an m1 combo following into a flash freeze or finisher.
  • If you do not ragdoll him at the start, he will barrage you.

Countering This Boss[]

  • You will need max agility - and store up some vitality just in case you get hit by flash freeze, because new players can get their health SHREDDED by this.
  • You will seriously need someone else to hold you if you get Flash Freezed.
  • Projectiles actually work, but you can only do them if he isn't in Flash Freeze.
  • After a barrage or few m1s, remember to run away. Run at a slow pace so that it will trigger Ghiacco to start m1ing you, and after his Flash Freeze, get in and attack.
  • Like a counter, remember not to go full aggressive. Once you can guarantee that he will not use flash freeze, then you can close in. Flash Freeze is a deadly unstoppable move. Though slow, its a LAAARGE hitbox.
  • With a pilot stand, stand on a tree and kill Ghiacco in pilot mode.
  • Ranged Stands work, as projectiles don't always matter if Ghiacco barely uses Gently Weeps.
